Don’t want your home address to be publicly visible?
When a new company is registered, a postal address must be provided. Many new businesses do not have separate office premises. In such cases, entrepreneurs often have to use their personal home address as the company’s official mailing address — or rent a PO box.
This means you must either make your personal home address publicly available in official registers, or pay several hundred euros per year for a separate PO box.
If you choose a PO box, you also need to collect your mail yourself, which creates extra work and traveling and takes time.

When you use our postal address service, you receive
An official postal address
Your company receives an official mailing address that appears in public registers. You do not need separate office premises or an expensive PO box. We act as your official business address.
Mail reception
We receive all mail sent to your company. You do not need to collect mail from a separate PO box. We handle it for you.
Mail scanning
We scan the mail you receive, either just the envelope or also the contents as agreed. We are bound by confidentiality. We send the scanned copies to the email address you have provided.
Mail forwarding
Your physical mail is forwarded to the address of your choice on the first business day of each month. Additional shipments are charged separately according to postal service rates.
How it works

Sign an address service agreement with us and pay the first month’s invoice.
2.
Update your company’s address information in the necessary registers (PRH, tax administration, service providers).
3.
With your permission, we open and scan your incoming mail daily and send it to you by email.
4.
We archive the letters both physically and digitally. Digital copies are stored in the archive for one calendar year.
5.
The original letters are mailed to the address of your choice on the first business day of each month.
If you prefer, you can order only the postal address and mail forwarding service from us. Opening and scanning letters is optional.
If you choose, we can simply notify you by email when new mail arrives and forward the unopened letters to your chosen address.
The price for this service is the same:
40e/month + VAT 25,5%.
Why do we offer a postal address service?
We believe entrepreneurship should be possible for everyone who wants to pursue it — including those who prefer not to make their personal address publicly available.
Not all new entrepreneurs have the possibility to rent office space or pay for an expensive PO box.
This is one of the ways we support and encourage entrepreneurship.
