The annual Cork Ocean to City, An Rás Mór, competition was organized on June 4th for the 7th time and had a record amount of participants. The race starts from Crosshaven and the participants row to Cork, a distance of 15 nautical miles (24km) on open sea. Used methods of transportation are anything from traditional wooden rowing boats to modern composite racing ones and canoes.
I recommend reviewing also the photos from the previous year.
